·      Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide in the UK.


·      When will my box be delivered?

We deliver boxes weekly on Fridays and you can pick your favourite weekly delivery day at check-out. Please note that we need 5 working days to prepare your first box.

·      Do I have to pay for delivery?

Delivery is included in the price of our boxes.


·      When will I be charged for my box?

You will be charged for your first box at check-out. You will then be charged every Sunday before your next delivery.

·      Can I purchase just a one-off box instead of subscribing?

Yes, you can select gift at check-out and select the number of weeks to purchase just a one-off box.


      Are your boxes organic ?

·      Are all your ingredients vegan?

Yes, all our ingredients are vegan, and we pack in a vegan warehouse. We invite all those who would like to eat more plants, eat healthier food & have an impact on sustainability to try our boxes.


·      Do you have gluten-free recipes?

Most of our recipes are gluten-free, but if you do not eat gluten, just let us know on hello@veganapron.com so we can make sure we substitute any ingredient with gluten for the gluten-free equivalent.

·      How do I choose my recipes each week?

When you subscribe for your first box, you will be able to choose your recipes for your first box at the time of subscription. After that, to choose your recipes each week, log on your account, click on subscription / manage and click the button that says EDIT next to "update my choices" on the right. We offer a choice of 8 vegan recipes renewed by Monday. Please update your choices by midnight Tuesday for our Saturday deliveries. If you do not update your choices, we will send you the recipes of our choice.

·    How do I add essentials / fruits to my box?

You can add / remove essentials such as such as organic sourdough bread, plant milk, muesli to your box, as well as fruits to your recipe box any week. To do so, log on your account, click on subscription / manage and click the button that says EDIT next to "update my choices" on the right before Wednesday midnight for Tuesdays deliveries and Monday midnight for Friday deliveries. 


·      What if I want to change my subscription to another box?

If you would like to change your subscription, purchase a new subscription on your account and cancel your current subscription.

·      How can I skip or pause a delivery?

You can skip or pause your next delivery at least 5 working days before it is due. To do so, log on your account online, click on subscription / manage and pause your subscription on the right. You need to pause before payment is taken as we assume once a payment is taken, you want the box delivered. 

·      Can I get a delivery every other week?

At the moment, we cannot set up automatically your account to get a delivery every other week, but you can do this manually by pausing your subscription every other week 4 days before delivery.


·      How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription online anytime at least 4 days before your next delivery is due (unless you have committed for 6 weeks on our recipe boxes). To do so, you need to log on your account, click on subscription, click on the button manage and click on the link subscriptions settings on the bottom right, which will take you on another page and then click cancel.

Including real-time tracking on a map, with estimated time of arrival. DPD will leave your box in a safe place if you are not at home.


Keep you updated

With a text message and emails for when your delivery is dispatched, if you’re not home


One hour time slots

You’ll receive a text message and email notification on the morning of your delivery with a one-hour slot


Looking after your families health, happiness and appetite is what gets us out of bed in the morning. We hope all of your family loves all of our recipes. If your order is damaged when it gets to you, we will replace it with recipes in pristine condition the following week.
